AI-Generated Content

By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
• AI analysis is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice
• Your messages and documents are sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI and/or Anthropic Claude) for processing
• You consent to this data sharing when you use AI features (explicit consent is required before first use)
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI services are provided “as is” and may be unavailable or produce unexpected results

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content

If you participate in community features, you agree to our Community Guidelines. You must not:

• Engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or other fraudulent activities

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

Acceptable Use

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are available through in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Capri Partners and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that any financial data or market information will be accurate or timely; or that AI-generated content will be correct or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPRI PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capri Partners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting updated terms in the app and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
